01 Your brief

What to put in the brief.

You do not need all of it — send what you have and we will ask about the rest. But every line below that you can answer now is one round of email saved later.

Worth including

  • What the piece is

    Banner, festoon, shop sign, roll-up stand, stage backdrop, brochure, gift item — a plain description is fine.

  • Finished size

    In feet or millimetres. Our eco-solvent press runs seamlessly up to 1850 mm wide; wider work is produced in panels and joined on site.

  • Quantity

    How many, and whether they are all the same artwork or one design per unit.

  • Material or finish

    PVC banner, panaflex, vinyl or reflective sticker, acrylic letters, lighting box — or tell us the setting and we will recommend one.

  • Where it will stand

    Indoor or outdoor, wall-mounted or free-standing, and roughly how far away people will read it from.

  • Date and venue

    The date you need it in hand, plus the venue and access details if we are installing.

No artwork yet? Say so in the message. Graphic design and rendering are part of what we do, so we can quote the design alongside the production.

03 What happens next

Three steps from request to production slot.

No sales sequence and no chasing. Here is the whole process from the moment you press send.

  1. 01

    We read it the same day

    Your request goes to the division you selected. If anything is missing that changes the price — a size, a material, a quantity — we come back with those questions first rather than guessing.

  2. 02

    You get a costed quotation

    A written quotation within one working day, itemised so you can see what the print, the fabrication and the installation each cost. Adjust the spec and we re-price it.

  3. 03

    We book the production slot

    On approval the job is scheduled onto our own press and finishing bench, with the install date locked in. From there one team owns it through to show day.
